·         Ensure Beneficiaries Selection Procedure and understood the criteria.

·         Inform the beneficiaries for distribution.

·         Fill all the relevant document at the distribution.

·         Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in project interventions.

·         Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogue.

·         Maintain record of all activities in soft and hard form.

·         Provide data to maintain a regular database system of project monitoring and evaluation.

·         Organize and participate in coordination with local partners and other stakeholders.

·         Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly work plans.

·         Ensure timely submission of daily activities reports.

·         Develop case studies to reflect project impacts.

·         Perform any other duties assigned by team leader

·         Organizational and coordination skills.

·         Ability to create, composes, edits the field record.

·         Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a multicultural community.

·         Knowledge of Social Mobilization principles and procedures.

·         Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.

·         Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures

·         Command on MS Office, use of internet and emails


Minimum 06 months with Masters or 01 year with Bachelors degree

Computer Skills:

MS office software package


Urdu, English and local languages
